Explore Therapy
I warmly invite you to consider what therapy with me might look like...

Approach

I am trained in the Person-centred experiential (PCE) therapeutic approach founded by Carl Rogers.
PCE is an extremely effective therapy for many mental health concerns, but is also great for exploring identity, understanding yourself more, and coming to accept different parts of you, just as you are. You can read more about PCE therapy here.

Frequently asked questions
Sessions are collaborative— a space to explore whatever feels present for you. There’s no expectation to arrive with answers or be a certain way; we go at your pace. We can also bring in creative ways of engaging such as journaling or art activities.

DO YOU OFFER
ONLINE THERAPY?
Yes. Sessions are available both online and in person, depending on what feels safest and most accessible for you. Walk and talk therapy is also available.

WHAT THERAPY APPROACH
DO YOU USE?
I offer person-centred experiential psychotherapy. Sessions are catered towards each individual.

The therapeutic relationship is extremely important in PCE, to build a space of safety for you to bring things to sessions at your own pace.

WHAT IS
'EXPERIENTIAL' THERAPY?
In person-centred experiential therapy, experiential means exploring your moment-to-moment experience — how feelings, sensations, and meanings unfold as we talk.
It also draws from experiential approaches like Gestalt and Focusing, inviting deeper awareness through creativity, embodiment, and emotion.

WHAT IF I FEEL THERAPY
ISN'T RIGHT FOR ME?
That’s completely okay. You can book an initial session to see how it feels — no pressure to commit. The space is yours to explore what you need.

If you feel you would like another therapy approach, I can help to signpost you to alternative support.
HOW MANY SESSIONS
WILL I NEED?
HOW MUCH DOES
IT COST?
Sessions are £50 per 50 minute session
Some reduced-rate spaces are available for people on low incomes. Please reach out to discuss this.
WHAT IS NEURO-AFFIRMING
THERAPY?

WHAT CAN I EXPECT
IN A SESSION?
This varies for each person- there’s no set amount of sessions. Although there is evidence that person-centred therapy works best when you have at least 8 sessions.
We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy continues to feel helpful and right for you.
Neuro-affirming therapy recognises neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism/Dyslexia etc) as a natural part of human variation, not something to be fixed.
It values your unique ways of thinking, feeling, and being, and works at your pace to build understanding and self-acceptance. This approach also makes space for diagnosis if that’s meaningful or important to you.
