Training Topics

This training offers a lived-experience perspective on supporting Neurodiversity. Including supporting Autistic people, ADHD, learning differences & the conditions that come under the ‘neurodivergent umbrella’. Professional & lived experience stories from a neurodivergent therapist.

For organisations, and anyone who wants to learn to support someone in a mental health crisis. From my experience working in mental health crisis services, this training will include lived-experience perspectives and a calm approach to helping those in distress.

Training for employers & employees, learn how to support the mental health of yourself and others. Practical tips, lived-experience perspectives, & where to go for support.

Understanding identity, minority stress, and inclusion in supporting gender & sexuality diversity— with emphasis on safety, visibility, and allyship. Guest speakers will share their own stories.

I can design custom EDI presentations to suit your organisation’s needs. Previous EDI topics have been disability & mental health, culture & spirituality, & race. Please note: there are guest-speakers with lived-experience for each topic.

Learn how to support people experiencing difficulties with eating, include those with food sensory sensitivities. With lived-experience perspectives, warning signs someone is struggling with food, & how to support them.
Training Format & Pricing

Where?
I can travel to your workplace or training suite to offer training in person (across Scotland). I can also offer online training, as well as design training for e-learning systems.

Custom Pricing
All of my training & workshops can be customised, or we can create a new topic for you. I also offer:

Standard Pricing
My standard fee is £400 per 3-hour training session. This includes design, preparation, learning materials, travel, & lived-experience guest speakers if needed for the topic.

Accessibility
I believe learning should be accessible to everyone. If you or your team have access, sensory, or communication needs, I’m happy to adapt materials, timing, or delivery—just let me know.

Who is training suitable for?
Some trainings are catered towards charities/ people working in mental health and would be suitable for staff & management.
